The BEST Iced Matcha Latte

I LOVE LOVE LOVE matcha lattes!

It took some trial and error to get this recipe just right. That is why I am so excited to share this recipe!

Icy.

Frothy.

Creamy.

Green.

Cold.

Goodness.

I honestly prefer THIS matcha latte to ANY matcha latte I have had from a coffee/tea shop. That makes it very convenient and inexpensive :)

The BEST Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

1/2 cup of water
1 cup of Almond milk*
1 tsp of matcha (I like Encha matcha or DoMatcha)
1 packet of stevia
ice

Method

Place water in a large glass and add matcha powder and stevia. Using your frother (I purchased this frother on Amazon), blend well and froth until desired level of "frothy-ness" is obtained. Pour almond milk into matcha mixture and top with your desired amount of ice.

Notes

*This recipe doubles nicely and will then fill a large mason jar perfectly (see photos).

*You could probably use any milk, but I have not tried any milk besides almond so I cannot vouch for the results.

*You could probably also use a blender to blend the matcha, water, and stevia. Again, I have not experimented with this so I cannot vouch for the results.
