I got to sleep in a little this morning so I made an extra yummy pot of iced coffee.
I had to work at 10:15 so I ate brunch before work. Brunch consisted of leftover bean and rice casserole.
Around 1, I was feeling kind of low blood sugar-y so I ate two pieces of dark chocolate.
I had to eat that chocolate fast so only the wrappers made the picture!
Our second Crossfit class was tonight so after I got off work, I had a Larabar Alt as a snack. This version of Larabar has pea protein. I really like the cinnamon apple crisp flavor!
Tonight at Crossfit, we warmed up with some squats, sit ups, lunges, push-ups, a 500 meter row, and stretches.
The WOD consisted of as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of 10 burpees, 10 grasshoppers (10 on each leg), and 10 toes to bar (I modified with a knee raise instead). There was a 20 minute time limit. I completed 8 rounds (80 burpees!). It was super tough, but again I felt like I only worked out for 20 minutes. I still had energy to burn.

When I got home I was starving so I cut up an apple with chocolate Nuttzo.
Dinner was 2 Dr. Praeger's veggie burgers open faced on an English muffin with tomato, onion, and homegrown sprouts! Mmmm.I also made some oven baked seasoned fries.
Dessert was a Tofutti Cutie!
