This is a spin on my Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie. I just made it a little green ;)
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp of peanut butter
1/4 cup of almond milk
handful of ice
1 tsp of coconut oil or coconut butter
1/4 cup of oats
1 packet of stevia
1 cup of chilled unsweetened green tea
2 handfuls of spinach
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
To make the chilled green tea, I place two green tea bags in 1 cup of water and let steep overnight in the fridge. Then in the morning, remove the tea bags and you are ready to go!
You may be able to sub 1 cup of water and 2 tsp of matcha powder for the tea, however, I have not tried it yet so I cannot vouch for the results.
