This smoothie is my new obsession! I LOVE it for breakfast! I know oatmeal is good...I just like to eat it in a more unconventional way. Yum!
Inspired by the ingredients in the narrative of this blog post.
Ingredients1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp of peanut butter
1 cup of almond milk
handful of ice
1 tsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup of oats
1 packet of stevia
MethodPlace all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. You may need a spoon to help you eat this smoothie because it is a tad bit on the thick side. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk.
