Adapted from Healthy Vegan Shamrock Shake
- 1 frozen ripe banana cut into pieces
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 2 lettuce leaves ( I think anything but iceberg would work or you could use a handful of spinach or kale)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (may sub any non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I used hemp)
- 2-3 mint leaves (optional)
- 1 packet of stevia (sweeten to taste)
MethodBlend all ingredients until shake is smooth.
It didn't last too long!
